These terms take effect the moment you complete account registration and click the acceptance checkbox. From that point, every transaction — including UPI deposits and PhonePe withdrawals — is governed by the version of the terms current at the time of that transaction.

We will send a notification to your registered email address whenever we make a material change to these terms. The updated version is always accessible in your account's help centre, along with a dated changelog showing what changed and when.

Access depends entirely on local law in your state or territory. It is your responsibility to confirm that using this platform is permitted where you are located. We make access available only where local law permits and may restrict accounts where eligibility is unclear.

After you close your account, we retain your data for the minimum period required by applicable financial and legal regulations. Once that period lapses, your records are securely deleted. You may request a data export before closing your account by contacting support.

These platform terms cover your use of the account as a whole, including all payment methods. However, UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe transactions are also subject to each provider's own transaction policies. Both sets of terms apply simultaneously to any payment you initiate.
